Our Winter Industrial Training Program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. Through our Enterprise Management System (EMS), you'll work on real-world projects with proper tracking, evaluation, and mentorship.

Program Terms:

  • The program fee of ₹135 is refundable only if the application is not shortlisted
  • Selection is based on merit and availability of seats
  • EMS access will be provided within 48 hours of successful registration
  • Certificate will be awarded only upon successful completion of all assigned tasks
  • Weekly evaluations are mandatory for continuation in the program

EMS Usage Terms:

  • EMS access is personal and non-transferable
  • All project code remains intellectual property of Cystas DevSoft
  • Regular updates must be logged in the EMS system
  • Mentor feedback must be acknowledged and implemented

Refund Policy:

  • 100% refund if application is not shortlisted
  • No refund after EMS access is granted
  • Refund processing time: 7-10 working days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
